You can save hundreds of files on a Hard Disk, which works like a filling cabinet with directories and sub-directories as file drawers and folders that group similar files. You can save files with new names, save them in different directories, or save them in different formats. Note that you click Save-As when you are saving a document for the first time, after which you click file then save subsequent typing, not Save As again. Also when you are saving documents, let your file names be unique. You should use save periodically to avoid losing work. You can also press F12 key for Save As or Ctrl + N for save.
